Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any fitness accessories are included in the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
